Tuesday 7pm-8pm Sky Boot Camp -
"The Sky Bootcamp is a higher intensity, full body workout.
The focus of the class is to develop legs, core and arms strength, while incorporating some cardio, without losing any of the fun from jumping on trampolines." - Isabelle, Skyzone Kitchener Bootcamp instructor.

"Skyrobics is a great introductory class to trampoline fitness. The class is focused on aerobic exercise but is designed to give you a well rounded full body workout that includes strength and core training." - Julie, Skyzone Kitchener Skyrobics instructor

Saturday 10am-11am Sky Pump
"Sky Pump is designed to get your heart and muscles pumping. The class incorporates interval training in aerobic exercise, strength building, core training, and includes HIIT (high intensity interval training) to really get your heart pumping. " - Julie, Skyzone Kitchener Sky Pump instructor
